Cesar did a great job diagnosing the problem with our kitchen faucet leak under the sink, in a space too small for me or even my dog to fit into, and managed to work logically through a situation that even senior IT support specialists would find frustrating. Great work, job well done.

After calling several different companies, People who will not even get on the phone to answer a question, I was lucky enough to find this phone number & get help from a wonderful person named Carlos. He answered all of my questions about a safety concern for a hot water tank that I have & one that is going to be purchased. Carlos is kind, patient, & knowledgeable, it’s nice to give nice people your business, Most companies are so worried about money only, Carlos was concerned about the safety & questions of the hot water tank.
