David Jones1 StarSpoke with 3 different people across 2 days about a Service call to refill Freon for a residential HVAC system. After being promised a service call both days, after day 1, my appointment was lost or not recorded. Day 2 was given a time window of 11a- 2p, called at 1:30 asked if I would be receiving a service call and assured the technician was on the way. It’s 6 pm and I’m still waiting, no call no show…Wednesday 25th May 2022
