Worked with AirNovations for an HVAC install from my home warranty company. There were a few issues after the install but the team was very quick and professional when responding and coming out to fix things. The technicians were very kind and professional and I would use them again. I recommend them! They are good working around pets too, very considerate.

Excellent, prompt, friendly service! Steve took the time to explain and show me the components which needed replacement within my A/C unit and treated me kindly and with respect. The unit was fixed within the hour, which I was grateful for! Would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

Technicians are not scheduled to come at the time I’m told to be home for them to do a recall repair on my 1 year old HVAC system. First time, I was told my window was on a specific day between 8:00am - 10:000am. Technician did not show and I had a 2:00pm appointment elsewhere so was not home when they had planned to arrive…at 5:30pm! Spoke with a representative of the company and was re-scheduled for the first appointment of the day 2 weeks later with a window of 8:00am - 10:00am. Technician DID NOT show up during that window. Instead, he appeared at 11:25am as I was leaving for another appointment which I had to reschedule unless I wanted to wait once again for this company’s technical to fail to show up on time yet again. Stay away from this company.

I have now used Air Novations two times and each time they have have been very professional and courteous. Special thanks and shout out to Felix, the technician who helped identify the problem and was extremely meticulous, and also very patient in explaining to me, to describe his investigation and how he found the AC problem. I want to also thank their Customer Support team who has been very helpful and proactive throughout the process. I highly recommend Air Novations for any Heating or AC issues.
