Cardinal was transparent about the work and costs through the whole process of replacing my HVAC system, Water Heater, Sump Pump, and main PRV & Shutoff valve. They explained every component and detail thoroughly and answered every question I had. The install was a bit pricier than I had initially thought it would be before I called them, but I also did not go with entry-level equipment. I went with a "mid-tier" Rheem HVAC unit with a SEER2 15.2 rating and furnace with an 80% AFUE. The water heater was a 75-gallon tank heater. My PRV (pressure reduction valve) and main shutoff needed replacement as they were 19 years old by that point and were not working correctly. The installers Dominic, Gilbert, and an HVAC installer whose name I didn't catch (apologies) worked from 8am through 6pm. They were professional and did a very good job at making sure everything was taken care of to their best standards.

Mike has been incredible! We had a new system installed and the crew got it done in less than 8 hours. The install looks immaculate. We had an issue with our preexisting thermostat and they came back out to fix it for us quickly. 100% recommend working with the folks at Cardinal! It’s great to have such a trustworthy local company near us

Appreciated Cardinal’s response and work. Two star minus because tools needed to complete the job were never communicated for the follow up work, and the technician had to leave to retrieve what needed. Will use Cardinal for future needs. Hope never needed.

We needed a sump pump replacement and met with Daniel for a consultation. He patiently answered all our questions. Since we have a radon system, I had concerns that were quickly put to rest. We were impressed to find out that Daniel wasn't just a knowledgeable and personable employee who did consultations, he was also a skilled installer. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Daniel was welcoming of my presence during the work and explained notable aspects as he swiftly replaced the pump. We were provided with pictures of the work and a lot of care was given to ensure our floors were not damaged.
