Mark Choi5 StarOver the last 7 years in our home, I have called in 3 ac service calls through 2-10 home buyers warranty. By far this was the smoothest and best service call.
I noticed my indoor unit making an unusual rattling, buzzing noise. Requested a service call through 2-10 home warranty. Did have to wait a week for the appointment, but was worth it. Mark called when Rick, the technician was on the way. Showed up as promised. Diagnosed the issue, answered my questions, ordered and replaced parts the same day. Indoor unit back to normal.
I feel most people are calling because their ac is completely not working and of course, on the hottest time of the year. They are already mad and frustrated as it is and when an ac company is called upon and the company is not able to accommodate and address the situation immediately, they get a bad review. You are not the only one with a malfunctioning system. Give the service guys a break, they are hot too. I would definitely request to have RSI come again. Dareth Hall3 StarI made a claim on Monday morning with my home warranty company (2-10), and RSI called me within an hour and scheduled service for the next day. I was impressed with their promptness! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was out in less than an hour. I am very pleased with his service!
The only reason I bumped the rating down is due to the receptionist. Frankly, she was rude. My appointment timeframe was 12p-4p. The tech arrived early at 11am, and I wasn't home. The receptionist called me, argued the timeframe window and literally huffed at me through the phone. If this had been my only interaction with the company, the rating would have been incredibly lower.Wednesday 16th September 2015
Laura Branz1 StarThey never called me to set up my work order, which was placed through my home warranty. I called and left a message and they didn't call me back. When I finally got ahold of them it was a week later (which is no fun when your ac doesn't work). They scheduled a technician to come to my house and when that day came, no one ever showed up. I called them throughout the day to see what happened and no one ever answered the phone or called me back to respond to the messages I left. I'm not sure how they are considered a legitimate business.Monday 1st June 2015
Tong Zhang5 StarI used this company several times for HVAC issues thru 2-10, never had any problems. most recent service was last Friday, the technician showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, very friendly and knowledgeable. fixed issue right away. getting appointment set up was also easy - Mark called me the day after I submitted the online request. will use it again.Monday 20th May 2019
Patricia Petkosek1 StarDisappointed with their customer service and with the quality of workmanship when the technician checked our hvac system. He left the work area very messy. Also, making contact by phone is very difficult. While the technician was at our home, he attempted to call back to the office for information and even he couldn't get in touch with anyone for answers. I'm thankful we didn't have to pay for their services, it was a carry-over contract for a system inspection from the previous owners. Rather than gaining a new customer, they lost one by the poor service they provided. I would not recommend them.Saturday 8th April 2017
