My husband and I are currently sitting in a 87 degree home!!!!!!!! Earth Link tech installed our BRAND NEW unit 2 years ago and now it is already giving issues. We understand that these things need maintenance, but we called them this morning and they ensured us an appointment today. Last minute, late in the afternoon, we got canceled on because our house was "too far". Now it is too late to get another company out until the morning and we are currently dripping sweat just sitting down. Keep your customer promise specially with temperatures like these ! Unprofessional .

For the first time, I had to replace my unit and I had no idea where to start. after talking to some friends, they introduced me to Earth Link Tech HVAC company. Since I was not sure I am going to get a good deal on the unit and the installation I also made a few online searches and have a few others come by and give me an estimate. After all, the first recommendation was the right one. Earth Link Tech not only had the best price on the Unit and Installation, but they also came in the very next day and took care of the job. I will use them again and will recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend Earth Link for your HVAC needs. Earth Link has done HVAC repairs for me in my single family home and my condo. The technician was exceptional in his technical knowledge and also of his respect of my home and family. He communicatd throughout the repair, finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Earth Link was the best value of all of the hvac companies I spoke to. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome service by their technician, open, honest and exceeded my expectations which are already very high. Arrived on time, maintained a clean working area and was so very respectful of my family as he worked to replace the entire HVAC system in our second level (zone 2). I would highly recommend them as they are awesome, specifically Mahmoud, went above and beyond and I will definitely call them again.
