Our warranty company sent them out to find a problem we are having with our unit which is currently drawing too much power and making our electricity bill extremely high. Reggie the technician could not find any issues and when I explained what was happening he dismissed anything I said and very rudely asked was I an hvac tech and when i said no he hung up the phone. I called the office and spoke to Jeremy and he said he would speak to him. Incidentally the next company that we hired found the issue and will be making repairs on Monday. But had Reggie listend and understood what kwh were he would have found the issue that he said didn't exist.

During our Summer inspection they recommended we change our fan to the outside AC unit. The repair was quick but the fan still had some issues and would act up periodically. Edge HVAC made several attempts to watch the fan shut off. Once it was determined that the fan was faulty they quickly replaced with a new unit. These guys were highly recommended to us and we will continue to pass their info to anyone needing HVAC service.

Our one year old air conditioning unit wasn’t working. We called Edge and they were at the house within 30 minutes, replaced the defective part and we’re gone within another 30 minutes. Very much appreciated on a 95° day. Awesome company.

EDGE was not our usual HVAC company but was contracted through our home warranty company. They came out and diagnosed our problems and got us on our way. The technician was knowledgeable, honest and professional. The company made dealing with the Home warranty company easier than expected. I would absolutely recommend EDGE to anyone.

Had EDGE come out with our home warranty. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't covered under the warranty but they gave a fair price for the new pump and install. Reggie was very nice, answering questions and taking time to inform me about the system. Will keep them on the phone list for future HVAC issues!
