My heating system was down during very cold weather, the company contacted me with an hour after the claim and the technician came to check the system and ordered the spare part all in the same day and within less than 24 hrs the system was up and running. Best service I have ever had through my home warranty. Very prompt and professional.

We put in a claim with our home warranty company Cinch for our HVAC. Immediately they contacted us to schedule an appointment to look at our HVAC system. They came the next day and quickly diagnosed that the blower had broke. The technician said he would order the part and return within a few days. We were concerned due to single digit weather and snow but they had us back with heat within 4 days. Our technician was super nice and even called us after he left to make sure everything was still good! Highly recommend!

My heating system stopped working suddenly on a freezing day/week. And my insurance company scheduled an appointment (one day after) with Mid Atlantic to look into the issue since it was very cold I requested Mid Atlantic to come & check ASAP and they accommodated my request & sent the technician (Deepak) on that day evening itself. Deepak immediately diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and fixed it next day morning itself. I would highly recommend Mid Atlantic for your HVAC needs.
