Our experience with Pope’s Air was great. Jose and Chris came right on time and they were very respectful, worked hard, and took their time to explain everything about their work and answered all of my questions. They even made sure I was able to connect to our new thermostat via the app. I’m so thankful for their great work ethic. Highly recommend!

Pope’s Air is an honest and reliable company, and I highly recommend using them for any HVAC or plumbing needs. We woke up to no hot water in our house. The initial company that came out said we needed a brand new water heater (luckily, it was still under warranty) but they still were going to charge us $4,400 for their labor. It didn’t seem right, so we had Pope’s Air come out to inspect everything. They came out in a timely manor, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the necessary parts for a reasonable cost. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the water heater tank in the first place, and was a relatively quick and much simpler fix. Thank you Pope Air!

The technician called and let me know he was on the way. When he got here he took care of business and asked if I had any questions. When I asked about my thermostat he educated me on not actually needing batteries and why (that extra blue wire). He worked very clean and efficiently and was very friendly. I am very happy with the service and the price of the annual agreement is hard to beat for the peace of mind I get by having them check my system before it gets to extreme temperatures.

I'm so glad I renewed the maintenance contract with Pope's Air. They provided excellent service. Special shout-out to Devin Huggins, as he took the time and patience to walk me through his inspection and show me any potential areas of concern. He identified a special part, called a contacter, and showed me the metal deposits accumulating on the electrical contacts. He explained how the deposits on these contacts could lead to fusing/welding of the contacter, which would have caused the HVAC system to continually run even if the HVAC was turned off. I was humbly educated on this issue and was grateful for Devin taking the time to explain why this part needed replacing. Devin's personality is that of a courteous, gentle giant (he's big!), and I am so glad that he serviced our HVAC system. Highly recommend a by-name request for Devin Huggins to service your HVAC system. He's an expert and a true professional.
