The last two inspections, on my two units, they have sent the technician, Devin. My son has been there and Devin is always professional and informative. I’ve been using Popes for almost 12 years now. Keep up the good work!!

Recently my heat pump totally gave out. I had researched other heating and air companies and found 1 that stood out. Pope's Air. They gave an honest estimate and didn't mind my many questions. Actually gave me some less expensive options that helped make my decision. I hired them. They said they would be at my house on the one day I have off @ 10am. 5 minutes early they showed up, and got started. Jay Stewart & Aaron Jett were very professional and hard working. They got done quicker than expected and answered all of my questions. Even gave me some information I didn't realize about my heat pump. Honestly didn't know which way to turn and I am happy that I choose Pope's Air, and would highly recommend their services! Truly excellent customer service and knowledge above and beyond on their products.

Legit saved me over $3200 for a 15 minute fix to my ac unit!! AVOID Mccarthy services!! They said I needed a new compressor when it was the capacitor that was blown and found by Pope's within minutes. Joe is that dude!!
