I did use the company for couple of times in past and today I ask them to come again since my filters was dirty .Technician cleaned filter which took 10 minute to washed outside since it’s washable and charge me $318. I was shocked with price today . I called 2 other companies after him to find out what’s is price range to clean filter and it’s range of 150-175 . He did overprice even I am return costumer that will be my last call to them .

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Pride. Originally they came out to look at a leak I was having and my system was so old, I decided to quote out and eventually had them install a new system. In their office, Cayla and Dawn were wonderful and responsive. My techs were Fred (both visits) and Jason (install) and they were both great too. Glad my home warranty company assigned them to me. Definitely the best experience I've had with any contractor since becoming a home owner.

I was extremely pleased with how soon the tech was able to come out and how quickly he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. He was respectful of my time and made great suggestions for upkeep. I have never sign up for maintenance programs before, but i did this time because it was a good value and seems like it will save me time and money in the long run.
