Suburban heating and cooling were simply efficient. They arrived the same day I called for an issue I was having for years that other vendors could not determine. I had soot stains on my walls that damaged just about everything. Sunisa was able to quickly determine that there was combustion and a cracked exchanger which inevitably led to me replacing the unit. However, Sunisa took the time to consult with me on our repair or replacement options. His prices are very reasonable and within a week I had a new unit. I will continue to use Suburban for my maintenance needs and will refer him to anyone in need of these services!

We have used Suburban Heating & Cooling company to replace the main HVAC unit in our main house as well as our rental property. What I liked about Sinisa the owner, is the amount of time he took to explain to us what made most sense for us to install. His pricing was substantially lower than two other bids we had received but most importantly, he showed up on the day of install as promised, and did not stop until the work was 100% completed. When you can find a company that commits to a work and dose not surprise you with the last minutes costly changes, then you should go for it.

TLDR: As close to perfect as could be. Sinisa and his team couldn’t have done more and at a reasonable price. I wish all contractors were like him. Honest, transparent, good work ethic, high quality workmanship, responsive. Story: my HVAC system was leaking, I’m a new homeowner and didn’t know what that meant. I initially called the only HVAC company I knew (big corporate style). They came out and quoted me $1,600 to repair my system (included some issues with my gas line to the furnace, in addition to unclogging the drain pipe). And they gave me a quote to replace my 20+ year HVAC system. They were in and out of my place and simply looking for a sale. And they charged me $130 just to come. I then brought Sinisa over for a second opinion and quote. Sinisa immediately unclogged the drain pipe at no charge (which got my system up and running until it could be replaced) and then proceeded to spend a considerable amount of time walking me through potential solutions to improving the A/C on the top floor, even bringing over a duct guy to find a potential solution. End of the day, Sinisa quoted me about $3k less than the large company and likely saved me another $10k in pursuing an unnecessary solution that the other company recommended. Sinisa has won my business and all future references within my network. Cannot recommend his services enough.

I can not say enough great things about my recent experience with this company. They did a full install of a new HVAC for me. They were responsive, kept me informed on everything they were doing, and were a great price. Not only was it a great experience but they came out so fast (and on a weekend) to help replace my HVAC because they knew I have a young family and wanted to keep all of us comfortable. I would and will absolutely use Suburban Heating and Cooling again and recommend them to family and friends!
