As any customer who expects quality service for his money, I demand the best of any company I hire to do something for me. I have to say the people of Superior Air & Cooling Inc blew my mind. I was in need of replacing the HVAC unit in my house and after researching the companies in the area, I decided to hire them. I could not have made a better choice. Wilmer Martinez came to inspect my unit immediately and gave me a great, very competitive quote. He also took the time to explain to me in detail what would work best to cool/heat my house and his answers were truthful, completely validating the research I had previously done about my project. The thing I appreciated the most was that he listened to me and cared about my needs while the reps from other companies were just trying to mislead into buying what they were offering to make a quick sale. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I valued his honesty and hired his company. I was delightfully impressed by the professionalism of the crew and how quickly they were able to accomplish in a few hours a work that would have taken to other people the whole day. I have no words to describe how happy I am and how this company went way above and beyond my expectations. The following is a detail that you don’t see every day and that speaks volumes about this company. After their work was completed and they had packed up and left - Amazon delivered a new thermostat that I had ordered in the morning. Well - Wilmer on his way out noticed the delivery and came back to help me install it! If this act alone doesn’t show you how great the people from this company are and how they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers, I don’t know what would. For all stated above - I recommend this company wholeheartedly and hope that you give them your business too - I am very confident that you will agree with me and be as happy as I am. 🤗"
